The work is a two part project. It was constructed and made firstly to be placed as an installation piece. The work is made up of shaped pieces of white bread, these are shaped like maps of Australia. They go together to form a larger map of Australia all made out of white bread. Surrounding the borders of Australia are chocco jellybabies. What are these mean’t to be – boat people, aboriginal’s they could be both. It is my comment on the raise of “White Australia”
